-When you purchase from our website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this document.

-We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions at any time.

Turnaround:

-Turnaround is always noted at the top of the website. We reserve the right to amend and change the turnaround without prior notice. We do our best to keep turnaround to a maximum 10-15 business days. However, at busy periods orders may go over turnaround- If this happens we will contact you to let you know.

-Turnaround period is the time it takes us to make your order and excludes shipping time. Shipping time is dependant on the method selected.

-The customer is responsible for ordering any items in time for a special date/occasion in accordance with our turnaround times. If a customer orders without giving us enough time where possible we will change for another item or issue a credit note (provided order hasn't been started). A refund will not be issued where the customer has not taken the turnaround into account. We will always do our where possible to try an get an order rushed through if possible.

-Turnaround is business days: Working days are Mon to Fri * excludes weekends and Bank Holidays

Returns:

-We do not accept returns on personalised or made to order items except where the item is materially flawed or there has been an error in personalising e.g typos on our behalf. Hair Accessories are non-refundable due to health & safety.

-If an item arrives incorrect or damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email at hellominimcs@yahoo.com to resolve the problem.

-All returns must be received back within 7 business days of being notified.

- All refunds are issued via the original method of payment.

-We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us, should you have any queries when you receive your order please do not hesitate to contact us via email: hellominimcs@gmail.com, we always welcome your feedback.

Buying personalised & Handmade items:

- Every effort is made on the website to inform customers about carefully checking all personalisation. The customer is responsible for selecting/leaving a note of

-Correct spelling

-Selecting correct colour garments and personalisation colours (If no choices made product will be made like one of the samples)

-Grammar

-Case sensitivity

Please ensure you check all spelling and accuracy of personalised items on screen before placing your order. No refunds will be given for items that are ordered by the customer with a mis-spelling, unwanted colour, garment or personalisation, capitalisation of names or initials or a font typeface that looks odd. All orders will be processed exactly as specified by the customer

Please ensure that you read the item description , if you order one items and leave in notes for a completely different design this is not possible and you will receive the item/items in the product description that you have ordered.

Cancelling Personalised Products:

- Unless there has been an error on our part or the item you purchased is defective, you have no right to cancel, we cannot accept returns or personalised or custom made items. All items are made to order so exempt from the 14 day cooling off period!

Orders may begin to process immediately from stock being ordered, to the printing process being started etc so cancellations are not accepted.

- If an item is defective or there is a clear error on our part, please accept our apologies and follow the instructions in our returns section.

Online Shopping:

-While care is taken to ensure that we display as accurately as possible appearances, colours, textures and finishes, what you see on your computer monitor/phone may differ and so we cannot guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the goods you are purchasing.

-We reserve the right to cancel any order/part order without prior notice. Orders may be cancelled up to the turnaround timeframe by us. orders may be cancelled for a few reasons::

-The item you ordered may be out of stock

-We cannot authorise your payment or have reasonable grounds to suspect your payment may be fraudulent

-There has been a pricing or product description error

-There is a system or machinery failure

Delivery:

-All orders are shipped via Fastway couriers, tracked method. Where an estimated timescale for delivery is provided, this is an estimate only and your items may be delayed in being received due to circumstances beyond our control (such as a courier delay, weather conditions or a busy period) The majority of orders are delivered within 1-3 BUSINESS days after dispatch.

- By accepting these terms and conditions you accept that your order will have a turnaround time, as stated on our website.

Collections:

-The website has 2 options for collection for local customers, Tipperary and Limerick. If you select collection once order is ready you will receive an email with collection details to collect the orders.

-Limerick Collections: 818, 10 Thomas Street , Limerick City

-Tipperary Collections: Dave Mcs Menswear, 37 Main Street, Tipperary Town

- You must have an order number to collect an order. Orders will not be given out without a valid order number.

-If a customer is abusing the collection process and not showing up on time to collect etc, they will need to pay for shipping.

-We reserve the right to cancel collection option without prior notice

Offers & Coupons:

-Only 1 coupon code can be used at a time. Once an order has been placed we CANNOT add a coupon code. Codes and offers must be redeemed at checkout as we cannot amend after orders have been placed.

-We reserve the right to cancel or amend any offers at any stage.

-All orders placed using a discount code are subject to a 15 business day turnaround due to increased order volumes
